The text of the Video Lottery Terminal Gambling Initiative of 2006 is very
close to the text of the Video Lottery Terminal
Initiative of 2004. It is financed by the same gambling promoters as
in 2004 and represented by a lawyer, Jeffrey Robinson, who also worked on
the 2004 initiative, but in 2006 the promoters have hired a different
agent, Barry Jarrels, to be the sole member of the initiative
committee.
