The DC Office of Campaign Finance (OCF) issued a final audit report on Kwame Brown's 2008 campaign committee, April 4, 2011. The audit finds that Brown's financial reports "were not in substantial compliance" with the District's Campaign Finance Act. Brown's campaign failed to report 210 contributions, totaling $102,763, and 53 expenditures, amounting to $169,431.49.
