Official Code § 1-204.13, YOU ARE COMMANDED TO APPEAR BEFORE the Council Board of Elections and Ethics Investigation Special Committee of the Council of the District of Columbia at 2:00 p.m. on the 8th day of December, 2008, in the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Suite 108, Washington, DC, to provide sworn testimony related to the Special Committee’s investigation. This subpoena is issued as part of the Committee’s investigation pursuant to the Council Board of Elections and Ethics Investigation Special Committee Establishment Emergency Resolution of 2008.
