A PROPOSED RESOLUTION IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the "Reprogramming of $788,527 to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs Emergency Approval Resolution of 2001 ".

To approve, on an emergency basis, a Fiscal Year 2001 reprogramming of $788,527 of FY 2001 local operating budget authority within the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.

Sec. 2. Pursuant to the provisions of D.C. Code § § 47-363 and 47-392.3, and section 116 of the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 2000, approved November 29, 1999 (Pub. L. No. 106-113; 113 Stat. 1501), the Council of the District of Columbia approves $788,527 reprogramming in the Fiscal Year 2001 local operating budget authority to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.

Sec. 3. Fiscal Impact Statement

Sec. 4. The Secretary of the Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Mayor upon its adoption.

Sec. 5. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
